Sales and Business Development Manager – Part-Time – Construction and Infrastructure
The company
Images for Business is a leader in commercial imaging. We are image makers specialising in still, motion video, time-lapse and aerial photography, and pre-and post-production services for businesses and governments. Our clients include Australia’s largest listed enterprises and Governments. Most work is in, but not limited to, construction and infrastructure-related projects.

The role
We are searching for a sales professional to generate revenue from new, currently inactive and existing clients. It will play a leading role in making Images for Business a sought-after source of high-quality creative imagery.
The role offers the flexibility of a three-day-per-week part-time position and is based at our office in Alexandria, Sydney.
Objectives
- Achieve sales targets
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline across lead and deal stages
- Develop and maintain key-person relationships within target businesses, and expand key-person networks
- Develop knowledge of upcoming projects and people
- Secure tender invitations and manage tender submissions
- Ensure that every engagement with prospects, leads and clients is a positive experience, consistent with the values of Images for Business.
- The workplace and construction projects, in particular, require safety awareness and process compliance as the basis of all consideration and action. It is central to the mission of our clients. Therefore, workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance is paramount.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- A proven record of sales success
- Solution selling skills and the ability to add value to the client experience
- An executive disposition with the ability to engage with people in all sorts of roles across the business
- The ability to self-motivate and self-manage within an empowered role with clear guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience maintaining sales processes and records in a CRM system
- A clean driver’s licence
- Australian citizen, resident, or an existing uninhibited right to work in Australia
- Demonstrate respect and work effectively with all Images for Business team members, our partners and the community.
- Have experience in industries such as construction, infrastructure, transport or major government projects
- Degree qualified with appropriate vocational education
